Children require real and meaningful intellectual and physical work.
Real, meaningful work will elicit their own noble characteristics, and purposeful work in their own environment will leave them strengthened-”valorized”.
At Montessori Academy, our students do real work and leave our program prepared for life.
With student help, we publish the Got Montessori Gazette, a monthly newsletter that we use to keep our families up to date on the latest news and activities at our school.
Now Enrolling for the 2015-16 School Year for Primary and Elementary Aged Children
At the Montessori Academy, we create an intimate, individualized, multiage learning environment rooted in the teachings of Dr. Maria Montessori.
Through an education design that unifies Montessori principles in response to the needs and characteristics of children, we educate our students in an atmosphere which promotes respect and dignity for themselves, others, and the world in which we live. The program provides a balanced week of educational enrichment that is sequential, ordered and individualized. Activities are offered to challenge students to use many different skills and aptitudes through diverse materials and experiences. The ultimate goal of our program is to nurture our students, offer an enriching learning environment and to prepare them for life.
Our school is your school.
